Hello! We are Joe, Becky, Scotty, and Mylo, and this is our story of how we are growing our family through adoption!
Joe and I have known each other for 14 years and in early 2020, we went on an adventure to Tennessee and were married in the beautiful Smokey Mountains.
Soon after our wedding, we tried to grow our family; however, we found that conceiving was difficult for us. We have had many conversations about our desire to have children. Even before trying to conceive, we had discussed the possibility of growing our family through adoption, so we turned to the Lord, and through many prayers and continued faith, He has led us to share our love and welcome children into our family through adoption.
We are very fortunate to have been raised in faithful, close-knit families. God and family time are important to us and our families! We gather weekly with friends and family to attend church, enjoy time together in fellowship, and pray for each other. We also enjoy seeing our friends and family for weekend BBQs, birthday celebrations, and holidays.
We feel fortunate to have such a strong network of friends and family and enjoy the opportunities to be active in each other’s life moments. We have felt so much encouragement from those around us and know they will all show up to share their love with the children we welcome into our home.
